Current Position:

CIO/Director of Information Technology for NYS Department of Motor Vehicles responsible for leading the Information Technology organization.

Over twenty years experience with NYS DMV technology solutions. Following one year employment with Schoharie County DP, enlisted as a DMV application technology 'mechanic' and gained experience with hands on development of client/server, web, and mainframe.

Information Management Interests:

Current interests include: DMV IT alignment with industry standards, best practices, and frameworks; building efficiencies by leveraging enterprise software third party solutions; extending the business value of IT; building an efficient and effective IT workforce; and furthering collaboration between government agencies.

Currently a member of the Executive Committee and participant on other Forum committees.
