The Corporate Board of Directors is responsible for establishing the Executive Council and serves as the core of that body. The Corporate Board approves the creation of all Work Groups and Projects, and provision of staff support and provides oversight of the financial affairs of The Forum. The Board of Directors also promotes a culture of ethics and compliance with all applicable laws and carries out the provisions of the Certificate of Incorporation, By-Laws and the purposes of the Corporation.
