Current Position: Project Director, Vendor Responsibility Unit, NYS State Comptroller's Office.
Diane Taylor manages a team and system initiative related to vendor responsibility in New York state contracts.
Information Management Interests: Over 20 years experience primarily in project management of information technology projects, including NYS Dept. of Tax and Finance, NYS Human Services Application Service Center, NYS Office of Children and Family Services, and currently, the NYS Office of the State Comptroller.
Previous Forum Involvement: Attend Forum meetings to present information regarding the e-Grants and the Vendor Responsibility initiative.
Other: MPA in Public Finance from Rockefeller College. In September 2002, received the Forum's Best Practices award for work on e-Grants Project. Substantial experience in information technology related procurements.
