  • NYSOSC - business functions recovery planning in process; defined new laptop images and working to endorse telecommuting based on pandemic planning preparedness
  • DASNY - looking at telecommuting options and rollout of NYAlert
  • NYSDTF - working through procedures for evacuations with a health and safety committee

*Business Continuity Training Class Update

Mark Spreitzer and Ken Mason discussed the upcoming NYS Forum sponsored BC class and the course objectives, registration and logistics details of the February 2-4 BC Training class sponsored by the NYS Forum.

The NYS Forum is proud to announce that they are sponsoring the class in conjunction with ICOR. Breakfast and lunch are provided.

Class materials are available for pickup at the NYSED offices or at the NYS Forum office. Confirmations have been distributed and a few positions are still open.

The class will be at a high pace and is a condensed customized version of a 5 day training class.
