  • Meeting being scheduled to focus on BCP and whose responsible for it at State Level

Emerging Technologies

  • Business Intelligence session being planned.

IT Greening

  • 1st conference on April 10th
  • 500 participants. Fairly well received
  • May 8th De-Brief. Looking for comments

MATRIX

  • No report.

IT Procurement

  • Discussions on WMBE. Looking for clarifications
  • Looking for a better debriefing process
  • Planning seminar on Doing Business with NYS
  • Greg mentioned he's reached out to Michael Jones-Bay and Melodie Mayberry-Stewart for answers to questions
  • "Doing Business" sessions should be a full day

Project Management

  • Tuesday May 20th Meeting. Museum Theater will be an overview of NYS projects

Security

  • June 4th-5th Cyber Security Conference

Small/Medium/Local Government Agency SIG

  • May 6th and 7th sessions on Shared and Managed Services. Details on Forum website.

Webmasters' Guild

  • May 2nd presnetation on Blogs and Wikis, Meeting rooms 2 and 3.

Other:

  • June 18th : Joint session with DoITT to present Strategic Plan other plans and strategies at Microsoft in NYC. Intended to strengthen NYC-Roundtable synergy and for DoITT to publicize its strategies.
