Meeting Minutes for NYS Forum
Procurement Work Group Meeting
January 21, 2010
2pm at NYS Forum Office on Aviation Road

Attendees: Renee Roth-O'Neil, Steve Harkins, Diane Taylor, Joanne Riddett, Bob Wahrman, John Moriarity, Steve Tuite, Danica Ehmann, Christine Irvine, Jared Cassell, Anixo Polgar, Todd Vandervort, Don Greene

Debriefing Event To-Do's:

  • Finalize summary for marketing event
  • John Moriarity-OSC and Anne Phillips-OGS will kick off the event, Diane Taylor will make introductions
  • Contract NYS Agency/Authority Panel Members and let Renee know by next Wed if they are willing to be on the panel: OASAS, DCJS, DOH, NYS Thruway
  • Backup Panel members are: OMRDD, OMH, OTDA, OFT
  • Renee will ask Greg if he is interested in being the facilitator for the event
  • Panel members, to date are: Renee-Tailwind, Peter-Synch, OGS and OSC
  • A conference call will be set up to discuss what will be covered by panel members prior to next work group meeting
  • Steve Harkins is official point of contact for Rebecca on this event
  • Would like to ask pending attendees for questions ahead of time that will be posed to the panel
  • A list of "canned questions" will be developed prior to the event and divided up amongst procurement work group members to get the Q and A session rolling

The Doing Business with NYS Event is tentatively scheduled for Wed, 6/9 or 6/16, final date TBD

ELA conversations between Rico and CIO council are on-going-via Joanne R

Don Greene will check with Procurement Council on piggybacking off from their SEPONS event

Next meeting is Wed, 2/17.
