Who’s Affected?

• State Agencies/Contractors – agencies must require contractors to submit annual reports of employment information to:

  • Agency that awarded the contract

  • Civil Service

  • OSC

• OSC – additional reporting requirements for two of its mandated annual reports

• State Agencies/NYS Division of the Budget – the law includes a requirement for contractor employment information to be part of the Executive Budget

• Civil Service – has a new record keeping and annual reporting requirement
