WHEREAS, by joining as an SEC Partner & implementing environmentally sound life cycle practices, state, regional, & local government can make a significant contribution to the environmental health & integrity of the region & the nation.

WHEREAS, through their voluntary actions, state, local, & regional governments can demonstrate leadership & promote behavior change by their constituents.

NOW, THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED, that the CSG/ERC Energy & Environment Committee supports the SEC & encourages state, regional, & local governments to become SEC Partners & to implement one or more life cycle practices that improve the environmental impact of computers.
