What are Multiple Award Standby Agreements (MASA)?
This is the newest Procurement option available under the Back-Drop Contracts for IT Services.
An agency awards its own unique subset of "Standby" Agreements for anticipated Consulting or Live Training needs up to a three year period.
Award is made to a minimum of three firms.
Assignment/task driven rather than project focused.
Assignments/tasks begun during this three-year period will continue to completion even if they extend beyond the MASA end date.
