MASA: First Steps

1. Demonstrate to OSC the validity of issuing a MASA:

• There must be a recurring need

• Agency has allocated funds for the MASA initiative

2. Contact OFT with Intent to Proceed application since MASA will be estimated at greater than $50,000.
