Tier Two: Assignment Notification

1. Each Assignment of work offered to ALL MASA awardees

• Task Order driven – NOT Project oriented

• Provide particulars of the assignment/task order

• Reveal the Method of Evaluation in each Assignment Notification:

1. Selection based on lowest hourly rate who satisfy all mandatory requirements OR

2. Selection based on Technical vs Financial Weightings (e.g. 70:30; 50:50)

• Maintain a detailed Procurement Record for each assignment

• OSC reserves the right to post-audit
