• 8.1 – If using frames, must provide noframes alternative

• 8.2 – If frames are used

  • 8.2.1 – Each frame must include descriptive title attribute that describes purpose of frame and relationship to other frames

  • 8.2.2 – If title > 150 characters, use longdesc attribute
