Director of Enterprise Shared Services, NYS Division of the Budget
John Traylor is Director of Enterprise Services for the New York State Division of the Budget. His responsibilities include leading efforts to develop and implement shared services across state agencies. Prior to this position, Mr. Traylor was Assistant Comptroller for Local Government Services at the Office of the State Comptroller, where he was responsible for data collection, research, analysis training and oversight of all local governments and school districts outside New York City. Mr. Traylor started his career with the State at the Division of the Budget, where he served in several capacities as part of the organization responsible for the State?s budget, financial plan, and capital financing.
