Web 2.0 in Government
This session will focus on the benefits of Web 2.0 applications for the public sector. Web 2.0 technologies are interactive processes which can include internal and external facing tools for the purpose of collaboration, networking and information sharing.
Presentations will include:
- Case studies of the use of Web 2.0 tools by NYS Government
- Advancing knowledge management with the utilization of Wiki technologies
