Exhibitor Guidelines

We are seeking high quality Green IT exhibitors promoting environmentally responsible products and practices to build on the success of our first conference and to further compliment and enhance our conference presenters. A limited number of Exhibitor Display Booths are available on a first-come, first-serve basis. The cost for a conference Exhibitor Display Booth is $995.00 (nine-hundred and ninety five dollars). The NYS Forum IT Greening conference organizers reserve the right to decline an organization from exhibiting, based upon the appropriateness of exhibit content.

Exhibitor Cost: $995.00

Exhibitor Benefits include:

• Exhibit space rental for April 30 which will include: 1 - 8' deep x 10' wide booth with 8' high back drape and 3' high side drapes, 1 - 6' skirted table with fire-retardant cloth skirt and white vinyl top, 2 - chairs, and 1 - 7" x 44" single line identification sign (which can be removed or covered with your booth set-up).
• Dedicated Service Internet Connection on April 30. Showcase your products online. Make the most of your time away from the office to access your email, etc.
• Electrical Connection.
• Your logo and mission statement in the conference program brochure.
• Ad space on The NYS Forum web site that will include: your logo, mission statement, direct link to your web site, and contact information.
• A photo of your exhibit space, with staff, will be added to your ad space following the conference.
• Overnight security is provided.

Payment Options:

To guarantee your exhibitor display booth, your signed agreement and payment must be received by April 10, 2009. Visa, MasterCard, Discover, and American Express are welcome.
