Breaking Down the Work Breakdown Structure Process
This informative and focused session, hosted by The Forum's PM Committee, explored one of the most misunderstood processes in project management - creating an effective Work Breakdown Structure (WBS) for the project. This session addressed what the WBS is - and what it is not. It explained why creating a comprehensive WBS is necessary for the success of the project. It also covered how to recognize and document groupings of project elements that define the total project scope.
