PM Community Of Practice (PMCOP) Meeting: Project Closeout
This informative and focused session, based on real-life practices from WCB, OSC and DTF, explored one of the most misunderstood and often neglected processes in project management - effective Project Closeouts. This session addressed what a Project Closeout is - and what it is not. It explained why Project Closeouts are essential for understanding what were the successful aspects of the project, and what weren't. And it explained how to utilize lessons learned to better prepare for and deliver on future projects.
