The PM Community of Practice Meeting focused on developing an effective Project Communications Plan. The session included examples of Communications Plans along with a sharing of Lessons Learned and Best Practices regarding project communications. Jonathan Blake, Keane Inc., hosted the session which included presentations from Mike Donovan, NYS Deputy Chief Information Officer, Nancy Mulholland, Managing Consultant for IBM Global Service (and former Deputy Executive Director and CIO, Workers' Compensation Board), Brenda Breslin, Director, Project Management, Office for Technology, and Ed Hemminger, ITDA President.
