PMO Roundtable Meeting - Project Health Checks

Project Health Checks provide positive feedback and improvement opportunities to project managers during an active project, rather than waiting until a project is closed out and auditing the project to document what went wrong. One goal of a PMO is to promote continuous improvement of project processes. CIO/OFT's PMO set a goal of performing a health check on 60% of active projects. PMs from CIO/OFT will share their process and their experiences both performing the health checks and in having their projects reviewed.
