PMO Roundtable Meeting - Building a Project Management Office

All NYS PMO Directors or their designees are invited to join in a discussion of "Building a Project Management Office" in a state agency. Some areas of interest that folks have offered to share their experiences in include staffing a PMO using the new PM title series, reclassifying current employees, the role of Business Analysts in the PMO, and what needs PMOs are now facing.
