- The Business Continuity Health Check is an online application sponsored and owned by The NYS Forum in an effort to provide New York state and local government organizations with the ability to quickly gauge the adequacy of their Emergency Preparedness, Business Continuity and Disaster Recovery program. NYS Forum Online and Desktop-based Validation Tools: New York State-Specific Web Accessibility Compliance Testing Tool
- A New York-specific compliance-testing tool was a key recommendation contained in a report that resulted from a survey The NYS Forum undertook of New York's web developers in 2005. In 2007 The NYS Forum partnered with HiSoftware, Inc. to develop the online and desktop-based validation tools. The solution has been made available to all New York state agency Web developers who are required to be in compliance with New York State's Web accessibility requirements.
