Project Management Roundtable"Leading with Limited Resources"
December 13, 2018 2:30 pm - 4:00 pm (2:00 pm Check-In) The NYS Forum Office 24 Aviation Road, Suite 206, Albany, NY WebEx will NOT be available for this event
The Project Management Community of Practice is excited to bring experienced and less experienced project managers together to discuss relevant issues in our first Roundtable!
In today's workplace, we often hear about "doing more with less" and making more of the resources that we have on hand. As project managers, we find ourselves with finances and personnel that must be stretched to cover the body of work we are committed to complete.
How do we do it? How do others do it? How do YOU do it? Come and share!
This resource session allows project managers to collaborate and share strategies for Resource Management and all the tips and tricks we have learned along the way to get the work done with less! The format will be roundtable discussion with experienced project managers facilitating.
Up to 1.5 PDU's can be earned for this event.
**There will be no WebEx available, as we believe the value requires in person attendance**
