Presentation Overview:

When you hear Blockchain, does Bitcoin immediately come to mind? Blockchain goes well beyond cryptocurrency applications. Security, voting, public benefits distribution and the Internet of Things management are just a few of the processes which may be positively impacted by the adoption of the Blockchain technology.

This session will provide a level set on the Blockchain technology platform, an overview of how the military is adopting a cloud based data provenance framework using block chain, and discuss other uses of the technology such as security, finance and voting.
