The Project Management Community of Practice is pleased to be hosting another Roundtable session. This time the topic for discussion is organizational change.

Project managers should engage stakeholders with the vision of their projects to help make the projects successful. End users need to understand why the change is being made and the benefits of such changes. Project managers not only need to manage the stakeholders, but be cognizant of those organizational changes and the impact they may have on a project and vice versa.

How do we do it? How do others do it? How do YOU do it? Come and share!

This organizational change session will allow project managers to collaborate and share strategies for Organizational Change Management and all the tips and tricks we‚??ve learned along the way to make smooth transitions to new products.

The format will be roundtable discussion with experienced project managers facilitating.

Up to 1.5 PDU's can be earned for this event.

**There will be no WebEx available, as we believe the value requires in person attendance**

  • All NY State, City and Local government staff
  • The NYS Forum IT Corporate Roundtable members

  • Walk-in registration will be available, as space allows.
