Time Management
Time management is the ability to plan and finish a project in a timely manner. The time management processes deal with defining activities, estimating the durations of activities, scheduling activities and ensuring adherence to the schedule. Time management is a crucial part of any successful project.

Quality Management
Quality management is all about identifying and following quality requirements, auditing the results of quality control measurements and using quality measurements to control quality, recommending project changes if necessary.
