This presentation on challenges of being a PM is fun, informative and useful for all levels of project manager.

A question that is continually being asked by project managers in every industry is "What will executive management expect from me and what skills will I need to maintain my value within the organization?" This is a question that addresses the future state of the project management profession and emphasizes the need to consider the rapid changes we are all experiencing. The future is unpredictable but the project manager can prepare and plan for changes as the business environment continues to evolve. This planning includes the identification of key competencies and a process for continued professional development.

Frank's interactive presentation focused on the current trends impacting the professional project manager and provided some key strategies and steps that a project manager can take to achieve success as World Class Project Manager.

Frank is a dynamic and insightful presenter. He has long served PMI in many roles and is currently the President of the New York Chapter. He initiated and led a global effort last year to establish International PM Day on 11/3/05.
