PMO Roundtable Meeting

The next meeting of the PMO Roundtable SIG of the NYS Forum's Project Management Committee will be dedicated to Project Triage - Fixing Troubled Projects.

Drew Prescott, PMP is an OFT Project Manager who has been a presenter at the highly-successful PM Mentoring Program. He has provided guidance for new Project Managers and in this presentation will provide insight for the seasoned Project Manager on what do if your project is in trouble or you enter into a project mid-way.

A roundtable discussion will follow, with attending PMO Roundtable members discussing their experiences, challenges and best practices in Project Triage efforts on their projects.

As always, Roundtable members will have an opportunity to introduce other topics and ask other questions of their fellow attendees.
