Jeff Dickert

During his five years with Deloitte as its Strategic Relationship Manager (leading business development and account management for Deloitte) covering the State of New York (including City of New York for about a year), Jeff manages nearly all business development and account management activities, including (and examples are at least dozens, sometimes into the hundreds):

  • Review/analyze/triage all NYS bid opportunities for Deloitte
  • Represent/lead Deloitte at all relevant NYS bid conferences.
  • Coordinate and manage pursuit team for bidder inquiries for all NYS RFP's/RFI'S including submission of inquiries and analysis of answers
  • Lead most communications with State on behalf of Deloitte during RFP process
  • Manages all compliance activities for NYS account with respect to RFP administrative responses and reporting (e.g. lobbying, MWBE)
  • Coordinate team responses to NYS bids and part of executive team that reviews all bids
  • Works with bid teams to prepare strategy for orals and development of supporting materials for orals presentations
  • Author select proposal content with some proposals
  • Manage or part of team that manages firm's quality and risk management review of all NYS RFP's as well as with General Counsel on most contract negotiation activities
  • Liaison with Deloitte's State Government Pursuit Management center/proposal coordinator on all NYS bids.
  • Deep familiarity with corporate Pursuit Management Methodologies which are built on best practices across the US (over 13 years with Deloitte and Accenture)

In addition, during approximately eight (8) years with Accenture and four and half (4 ) years with CMA - the vast majority of which was focused on either State of New York or City of New York, Jeff have more experience, such as:

  • Evaluating or responding to RFP's from the State of New York, City of New York, and the States of Texas, Tennessee, Florida, and New Jersey
  • Above includes being overall proposal manager, authoring bids, pricing, bid conferences, orals, etc.
