Elise Hiller

Elise Hiller is an attorney with a diverse background including private practice, practice for two trade associations, and a legal academic career teaching research, writing, appellate and oral advocacy, and negotiations. Elise has a background in municipal law working as a counsel to the New York State Conference of Mayors and Municipal officials; a trade association representing 553 villages and cities in New York; and later representing municipal clients through her own law firm. As the General Counsel and a lobbyist to the Cable Telecommunications Association of New York (CTANY), Elise advised the Association members on federal and state legal, legislative, and regulatory issues relating to the provision of cable television service, broadband, VoIP, and other telecommunications issues.

Elise continued her work in telecommunications as an attorney with the Klein Law Group, PLLC representing a variety of telecommunications service providers including wireless providers, cable operators, VoIP providers, competitive local exchange carriers and fiber network builders around the country before State Public Utility Commissions and the FCC.

Elise presently serves as a contracts administrator with Linium, LLC, an IT management consulting firm specializing in service and asset management solutions, financial planning applications, integrations, and business intelligence where she drafts contracts and RFP responses for public and private sector clients, and engages in review of master service agreements, rough orders of magnitude, proposals, and statements of work.
