Natalie Helbig, Skills Assessment Project Director at the Center for Technology in Government (CTG), provide an overview of the survey and summary information related to the survey findings. Onnolee Smith Director, Workforce and Organization Development Unit at GOER and Alan Lahoff, Training Specialist at PEF, provided an indication as to how the survey results are and will be used to inform and shape new GOER and PEF IT training programs.
