Artificial Intelligence Workgroup From Resistance to Readiness: Change Management, Roles & Responsibilities, and Lasting Buy-In This session combines the human and structural sides of AI adoption. Participants will learn how organizational change management strategies can ease the transition to AI-assisted processes. In addition, it will be shown how AI governance frameworks establish clear roles, responsibilities, decision-making authority - and provide the foundation for data cleanup and AI implementation plans.
