Justan Foster is a student at Albany Law School and subject matter expert in Cybersecurity, Data Privacy, Financial Compliance, and Risk Management. Justan serves as a Senior Administrative Analyst with the NYS Department of Motor Vehicles and provides guidance on compliance innovation, data management, legislative amendments, and business process efficiency throughout the NYS Enterprise. Recent projects involved creation of contact tracing programs for COVID-19, transitioning offices to virtual environments, and the creation of an internal data portal and resource repository, (Un)Opened Data. Justan serves as a Steering Committee Member for the Data Analytics Work Group as well as the Office 365 Community of Practice.
