PM Workgroup Presentation: Stakeholder Management

Stakeholder Management is a key success factor to every project we work on and today’s environment has added additional complexities. While all stakeholder engagement has historically had a virtual component – today executing successfully in a virtual environment is our only choice. Please join us on Wednesday, August 12th at 12:00 PM for a discussion on stakeholder engagement. We’ll review best practices, share war stories, and learn from each other on how to best deliver project success with stakeholder input.

Kevin Owens works for NYSTEC (New York State Technology Enterprise Corporation) as a Director of Healthcare Strategy & Design. Having worked with NYSTEC for over 10 years, Kevin has worked for NYS/NYC agencies delivering and managing transformational projects for both technology and operational improvement projects. Each project he has been a part of has had a component of stakeholder engagement requiring varying approaches to ensure project buy-in and success. He has been a member of the NYS Forum Project Management workgroup for a little over a year and previously taught for the PM Fundamentals
