As of February 16th, 2022 The NYS  will adhere to the following guidelines related to COVID-19 screening and social distancing procedures within our offices.  All those who choose to attend Forum sessions in-person are required to have a Covid-19 Vaccination or have had a negative Covid test. The NYS Forum also requires that any individuals attending in-person wear a mask when inside the building.

Building Applications with Low/No-Code Tools

Organizations today are faced with infinite demand for applications to improve the customer or citizen experience, but finite development resources to create those applications. In this session, you will learn how low-code and no-code solutions enable business users to develop impactful applications without a development background.

Terell Moore, Senior Solutions Architect – Amazon Web Services

Terell Moore is a Senior Solutions Architect at Amazon Web Services (AWS) with 12 years of experience in cloud, software, and systems development. In his role at Amazon Web Services, he partners with U.S. State and Local Governments to define, execute, and iterate on their cloud strategy. In addition to partnering with State and Local Governments on their cloud strategy, Terell is also a member of AWS’ Builder Experience Community, working with organizations across the globe to advise and improve upon the experience of application developers.

Prior to joining AWS, Terell spent years working in systems and software engineering roles across the private and healthcare sectors.
