As of September 6th, 2021 The NYS Forum has will be following the NYS Guidelines related to COVID-19 screening and social distancing procedures within our offices.  All those who choose to attend Forum sessions in-person are required to have a Covid-19 Vaccination or have had a negative Covid test. The NYS Forum also requests that any individuals attending in-person wear a mask when inside the building.  

With over 20 years of law enforcement experience, Officer Thomas Barillari has spent the last 10 years as the Special Assistant to the Chief of Police. His primary responsibilities as the Technical Services Officer are to guide the Police Department with all aspects of technology procurement. Primary responsibility for design, procurement and implementation of all town-wide security and critical infrastructure improvements and new construction. Officer Barillari spent the last four years as the Police Department liaison to the Town Supervisor and Town Board. As the Town-wide Chief Technical Officer, he has the ultimate responsibilities for all smart cities initiatives, including: Smart Signals, Intelligent Street Lighting and Infrastructure Connectivity.
