Speaker bio: Keith Nelson, Senior Strategist for Global Public Sector, OpenText, has spent the last 24 years working in various roles in the U.S. Federal and state government. His most recent government appointment was in 2019, as Acting Assistant Secretary for Research and Technology, U.S. Department of Transportation. Other appointments include Assistant Secretary for Administration, Deputy Chief Information Officer, and Acting Chief Financial Officer and DOT, HUD and DOL. Keith also worked in state government for the Office of the Governor of Texas.
