Project ManagementMissionThe mission of the Forum's Project Management Work Group is to devise, implement and sponsor events and programs, customized for NYS-based government entities, that facilitate the development and growth of project management best practices and competencies. Current Programs and EventsThe PM Work Group supports government entities and government project managers as they mature project management standards and practices, evolve Project Management Offices (PMOs), and implement program and portfolio management within their organizations.
