O365 Community of Practice

The goal of the O365 CoP is to maximize the utilization of O365 in ways that will assist NYS government to increase the efficiency of business processes. The CoP activities include formal and informal training, interactive knowledge share, lectures and lab-based events to inform the community. This group is for all NYS agencies and all levels of users, not just technical staff.

The O365 CoP Steering Committee members volunteer their time to plan and facilitate the group sessions. The meetings focus on practical applications of the enterprise platform for agency staff and business owners.

The purpose of a NYS Forum CoP is to provide a meeting space for the government and ITCR membership to focus on a technology established in NYS government. New York State has adopted a single cloud-based platform, Office365 (O365), for consolidated Office applications, communication, and collaboration.

The O365 Community of Practice meets the 2nd Tuesday of the Month, 2:00 - 4:00. Meeting registration is available at "Events & Calendar" on the NYS Forum home page.
