Speaker Bios:

Keith Nelson, Senior Strategist for Global Public Sector, OpenText, has spent the last 24 years working in various roles in the U.S. Federal and state government. His most recent government appointment was in 2019, as Acting Assistant Secretary for Research and Technology, U.S. Department of Transportation. Other appointments include Assistant Secretary for Administration, Deputy Chief Information Officer, and Acting Chief Financial Officer and DOT, HUD and DOL. Keith also worked in state government for the Office of the Governor of Texas.

James Willis, Manager, Solutions Consulting, U.S. Public Sector, OpenText, has spent over 25 years serving the Public Sector in many different capacities. He currently leads the AI/ML practice, providing demonstrations and tailoring use cases to government customers and prospects. one of the most talented teams of Solution Consultants in World. James holds certifications in Kubernetes, Cisco, Microsoft, Security, Networking, Web Development and is a Certified Technical Trainer. James is a member of the National Society of Black Engineers, IEEE, and a member of several working groups with the IETF. James has been a Director of Network Services and Director of Information Technology.
