Guest Speaker: Lydia Clougherty Jones - Sr Director Analyst, Gartner

Lydia Clougherty Jones is a Sr. Research Director Analyst in Gartner’s Analytics and AI team. She helps clients drive stakeholder, business and equity value from D&A and AI, including GenAI, with a focus on IT leadership including the D&A leader (e.g., Chief D&A Officer) and the AI leader (e.g., Chief AI Officer). She also helps clients navigate global AI and GenAI regulatory dynamic and business impact. Topics she discusses with clients include D&A and AI strategy, value and risk; the impact of legal and public policy across the AI ambitions; data sharing for business benefit, data/digital ethics, responsible AI, and D&A and AI value to risk analysis. Her research interests include ecosystem-relationship thinking, include via emerging digital trust technologies such as AI agents, GenAI, metaverse, blockchain and smart contracts.
