Guest Speaker: Michael Sipos, Solutions Architect, Amazon Web Services

Explore common generative AI use cases for public sector organizations as well as architectural patterns and best practices. Learn about the different tools available for developers to easily build and scale generative AI applications in the cloud with security and privacy, leveraging your data with the latest machine learning models.

This presentation provides an introduction to Generative AI in the broader context of artificial intelligence, a survey of government use cases, and an introduction to the types of tooling and architectures available for integrating generative AI into your applications.

Michael Sipos is a Senior Solutions Architect at Amazon Web Services (AWS) serving public sector customers in the northeastern United States. Michael started working with cloud computing in 2014, and before joining AWS in 2021 supported US federal defense sector customers as an IT consultant. One of his passions includes artificial intelligence and machine learning projects, which he frequently supports public sector customers with.
