As employers grapple with how to re-open offices in a post pandemic world, re-imagining work and workspaces is essential to improve safety, productivity and employee satisfaction. Expectations have shifted to providing more flexible hybrid workspaces; indeed a recent survey has shown that 72% of employees preferred a hybrid approach to work.
In this session Dave Mitchell will discuss the human factors, the impact and the best practices of hybrid workspaces. He will share stories on how work itself is changing with hybrid decentralized teams, as well as the importance of embracing innovation with knowledge workers. Dave will discuss how hybrid workspaces will improve outcomes for employers, employees and, most importantly, those we serve.
