The NYS Forum IT Procurement Workgroup is excited to welcome the OGS Procurement Services team for a presentation: 
OGS Procurement Services – Manufacturer Umbrella Award Overview

The NY State Office of General Services, Procurement Services team will provide a presentation to share information about the new Manufacturer Umbrella Contracts, including:

• The Overall Status of the Manufacturer Umbrella PR2 Solicitation and Extension including current number of awardees and contractors
• General Orientation on Using the Manufacturer Umbrella award.  Some of the areas we’ll be covering are Additional or Alternate Terms and Conditions and Lot 4 Implementation.
• High Level Contract changes in PR2 focusing on certain provisions such as those regarding CONUS and OCONUS data and support services.

As of February 10th Governor Hochul lifted indoor mask or vaccine requirements for businesses statewide.  Following the revised state policy, masks will be optional for NYS Forum events.  We will continue to arrange seating to observe 6 foot social distancing where possible.   For more info on the State’s policy, view the Governor’s Feb. 10th release here
